We get asked a lot: how do you decide what makes it into the Skylook catalog? Here’s a peek behind the curtain.
Before a product is listed, someone on our team has used it for at least two weeks. If we wouldn’t personally reorder it, it doesn’t make the cut.
We look closely at what customers complain about with comparable items elsewhere, and try to solve for those pain points upfront.
Good doesn’t have to mean expensive. We weigh quality against price constantly, and we’re not afraid to pass on something that looks great but doesn’t hold up.
If we wouldn’t give it as a gift, we don’t sell it.
That’s the short version of our sourcing philosophy — and it’s why our catalog stays intentionally small.
A product can look great in a five-minute demo and still fall apart in a month. We weigh how something holds up after weeks of real use — not just how it photographs on day one.
